Responsibilities
- Lead the content marketing team to deploy content that drives leads for Meltwater products and builds community around the Meltwater brand.
- Develop buyer-centric content strategies targeting public relations professionals and social media marketing managers in B2B and B2C companies up through the marketing organization to the CMO.
- Create a wide variety of light and deep content from ppc ad copy to customer case studies to thought leadership essays across multiple media formats, i.e., website, blogs, video, webinars, white papers, ebooks, ads, bsocial networks, etc.
- Develop brand, positioning, and core messages for Meltwater products
- Create customer-centric product demos, training and sales tools
- Conduct content strategy market research
Skills :
- Proven ability to recruite, mentor and retain content and/or product marketing professionals.
- Deep domain knowledge of Meltwater marketing and public relations professional prospects and customers business goals and applications
- Strong business strategy and marketing acumen
- Solid understanding of content marketing and B2B purchasing behavior
- Understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including seo, ppc, email, webinars, etc.
- Strong social footprint and blogging experience a very large plus
- Superior marketing positioning, copywriting and editorial skills
- Excellent written, oral and public presentation communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High attention for detail
- Results orientation
- BA/BS in relevant discipline, MBA a big plus
